Replacement Windows, Measured And Fitted With Care

New windows change how a house looks from the street and how a room feels to sit in. We survey properly, explain the options in plain language and finish the edges as carefully as we fit the frames.

An Overview Of How We Work

Kieran or Scott will come out, look at every opening and talk through what will and won't work. Where a window can sensibly be repaired rather than replaced, we'll say so — even if that means a smaller job.

Once you're happy with the quote, we order, fit and make good around each frame, working room by room so your home stays liveable while the job is underway.

Window Options

uPVC Windows

The most common choice in homes around here. Available in a range of finishes, straightforward to maintain and suited to most standard openings.

Aluminium Windows

Slimmer sightlines and a more contemporary look, often chosen where larger panes or a modern extension are involved.

Window Styles

Casement, top-opening, tilt-and-turn, bay and fixed panes. We look at how you actually use each room before deciding what opens where.

Colour Choices

White, anthracite grey, black, cream and woodgrain finishes are typically available. We'll bring options so you can see them against your brickwork.

Glazing Options

Clear, obscure and patterned glass, plus toughened glass where it's required. We'll explain the options that apply to each opening rather than upselling.

Security

Multi-point locking and handles are fitted and tested before we finish, and we show you how each window operates.

Repair Or Replace?

A misted pane, a stiff handle or a dropped hinge doesn't always mean a new window. If the frame is sound, a repair is usually quicker, cheaper and far less disruptive.

Replacement makes more sense when frames themselves have failed, parts are no longer available, or the repairs are starting to stack up. We'll give you an honest view either way.

Installation day, in practice

  • Floors and nearby furniture covered before anything is removed.
  • Old frames and off-cuts taken away, not left in the garden.
  • Making good around each frame as part of the job.
  • A tidy-up at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.
