Repairs & Glass Replacement

Repairs Where Repairs Make Sense

Not everything needs replacing. Misted glass, stiff handles, dropped hinges and doors that no longer close are everyday work for us — and often a far smaller job than you'd expect.

What We Repair

Misted Glass

When a sealed unit fails, the frame is often perfectly fine. Swapping the glass alone is quicker, cheaper and far less disruptive than a full replacement.

Damaged & Cracked Glass

Cracked or broken panes measured and replaced, including toughened glass where the position requires it.

Window Repairs

Handles, hinges, friction stays and locking mechanisms — the parts that usually fail long before the window does.

Door Repairs

Doors that catch, drag or won't latch are often an alignment, hinge or mechanism issue rather than a reason to replace the door.

Handles & Locks

Replacement handles, cylinders and locking mechanisms. PLACEHOLDER: confirm the specific lock brands and services offered.

Small Jobs Welcome

A single misted pane is a perfectly reasonable thing to call us about. We'd rather sort it than have you living with it.

When Repair Is The Right Call

  • The frame is solid and only the glass unit has failed.
  • A handle, hinge or lock has worn out but everything else works.
  • A door has dropped or stopped latching properly.
  • The window is a good one and worth keeping.

When Replacement Makes More Sense

  • The frame itself has failed or is beyond adjustment.
  • Parts for older systems are no longer available.
  • Repairs are becoming repeated and the costs are stacking up.

We'll tell you which side of that line your job falls on before you spend anything.
